Parents and teachers should coordinate with children 

There has been a lot of change in the way of life among children. Today's citizen wants to live his life in his own style. He doesn't like anyone interfering in this at all. In this art of living he is also trying to avoid his responsibilities. This is having adverse effects on the family and society.

The guidance of our parents and teachers, especially, affects the lifestyle of children to a great extent. We have to make them aware of their responsibilities towards the family, society and the nation without hurting their feelings. If we do not do this, the young generation will not be able to be responsible about their lives and their responsibilities.

The biggest change in the lifestyle of today's students is that of sanskars. Today's student is brilliant, has a lot of interest in Information Technology but is not well-cultured. Due to lack of good sanskars, he is not interested in getting up, sitting, speaking, respecting elders, respecting parents, teachers. The reason for all this is the lack of time of parents and the decline of joint families.

Every parent expects that their child should receive better education, good sanskars should also be taught by teachers in school. Students are responsible for subject knowledge but the real laboratory for sanskars is home and family where the actual application of children's behavior and sanskars takes place. Today's teacher and student both have become busy in the game of marks.

Their only goal is to become something by scoring the highest marks. Teachers also focus on mental development instead of the all-round development of students. In this rush, the aspects of making a good citizen or a good human being remain untouched. In our times, teachers were truly worshiped like a god. Today, there has been a lot of change in this level.

All of us people of the society are responsible for this. Today, parents do not trust teachers more than their children. Earlier, people used to believe in what the teacher said. Earlier, parents used to consider teachers as the well-wishers of their children more than themselves.

Schools are also a garden where children are its flowers. The type of education we provide to those flowers is what motivates them to become responsible citizens. When we talk about the all-round development of a child, we are not only making them intellectually successful in bookish knowledge but also inspiring them to become responsible citizens through their personality and thoughts. Teachers have to become an example for children.

Children follow the thoughts and behavior of teachers more quickly than their parents and peers. Whenever parents keep saying that they do not have time for children, then we are running away from our responsibility towards children. In such a situation, just teaching children about their responsibilities will not work.

By the time such children reach adolescence and youth, they are not able to determine the purpose of their life, due to which their life starts feeling dull. In such a situation, we have to first make children realize my life, only then they will be able to understand their responsibility.

Children should be made aware of the objectives of their lives. The reason for making them class monitors in educational institutions is to make them aware of their responsibilities. This is the reason why many responsibilities are assigned to children through various houses. It is the duty of all of us teachers to try to make every child of the society and school cultured and well mannered so that he can become a responsible citizen of the country and society.

Only education given with discipline, love and affection can make students good citizens.
